After reading the proposal and considering it a bit I haveto agree with the comments by @max-andrew and @dybsy.
This proposal makes no sense for HOP and may even be motivated by personal needs of the proposer. I am going to vote NO.
What’s more the proposal has not followed the governance procedure underlined in this forum and should not have moved to snapshot. The proposer unilaterally ignored the governance procedure and put it for voting at the same time as they made this post.
