Delegates must also maintain 90% vote participation and communication. As a reminder, this is measured by cumulative participation over six months, going back no earlier than approval of HIP 4. At the moment, that would include 2 months of governance.
The missed vote was, ironically, put up to Snapshot by GFX Labs, and was HIP 10.

Since the amendment post passed Snapshot on Jan 9th, 2023, I believe it makes sense to include it in next month’s calculations (ending on Jan 10th, 2023). Most of you who reported under the current threshold will begin to be compensated starting next month.
The distribution timing is at the discretion of the community multisig, however, it is likely that it will be performed as a batch with the HIP-7 and HIP-11 distributions next week, on Jan 18th, 2023.
