In accordance with the recently passed HOP Grants Program Renewal and Resign, the Grants Committee has put together the following RFP List. The list is based on what we believe would most benefit Hop Protocol & itâs DAO while taking into consideration the budget of 2,000,000 HOP. This is NOT a comprehensive list and the Grants Committee encourages any applicants to apply even if their project is not explicitly stated below. We also open this thread for any suggested RFPâs from the community. Upon feedback & changes to the Hop protocol, the list is subject to change.
Developer:
- Category would largely target enhancements and interoperability of HOP v2, pending its release to the public.
Marketing:
- Campaigns to spread info about HOP to the broader community (i.e., HOP has the cheapest USDC routes at the moment)
- Organizing âquestâ campaigns
- Support for large crypto events
Community:
- Scanning tool to automate delegate incentive reporting
- Discord bot to automate minute taking of bi-weekly Discord calls
- A maintainable Dune dashboard (or other in-app dashboard, like Defilama) with all relevant Hop Protocol Metrics, including fees earned by the protocol, unique users, daily transactions, etc.
- Effective way to migrate Tally votes off the L1 network
- Dune dashboard for gas cost tracking across multiple networks for the community multi-sig
- Generally, proposals that aim to decentralize governance and motivate users to redelegate tokents to active delegates
Other Protocols:
- Airdrop tracker for various networks & projects that can integrate with HOP
