Would it make sense to keep Yes/No Snapshot votes as it was before? My understanding was this change was only about elections where it’s necessarily more complicated. I think applying weighted voting to binary choices can lead to weird results and might be confusing to new people in the space.
fwiw, I had understood this was only to be applied to DAO elections as well. Not simple Yes/No/Abstain votes
Yeah it looks like it recently came up on Discord as well so think we’re all in agreement on it

Retrospectively noting I voted for “Weighted Voting” on this proposal. While not always appropriate, it is useful in scenarios such as the ambassador nominations.
