I havenāt done the math to see if Iām newly eligible for this yet, and havenāt said anything because I didnāt want it to look like I was just arguing in my own interest, but Iāve always questioned why we do qualifications as a percentage of all votes.
Doesnāt this discourage new entrants from getting involved? I think we should use this as an opportunity to reset to qualifying based on a percent of participation in each period.
