Here’s an update on what we’ve been up to for the first quarter of 2025.
Voting
[Snapshot] [Retroactive Grant Request] - Arbitrum LTIPP Grant - Voted FOR
We support the proposal and choose a 10% vested grant option. While we’re typically against retroactive compensation because it’s hard to measure effort and value, we understand the authors’ situation. It’s important to make sure people get paid for their work. Given the size of the grant and the effort to manage it, we think the request is fair.
[Snapshot] [HIP- 52] Rebalance Lead Moderator Compensation Structure to 66% USDC and 33% $HOP - Voted FOR
We voted in favor of this proposal because we recognized Rxpwnz’s contributions. He has been supporting the HOP community for a long time. We agree that his work is time-consuming and carries a lot of responsibilities, and he should be adequately compensated.
[Tally] [HIP-39] Community Multisig Refill (8) - Voted FOR
As it was a standard refill of the community multisig, we voted in favor of it.

We want to remind everyone that every week, we’re hosting Hop Office Hours on Google Meets.
The office hours are held every Friday at 3 pm UTC/ 11 pm EST
During Office Hours, you will be able to reach L2BEAT’s governance team, which consists of Kaereste (Krzysztof Urbanski), Sinkas (Anastassis Oikonomopoulos), and Manugotsuka (Manuel González), and discuss our activity as delegates.
The purpose of the office hours is to gather feedback from the people who have delegated to us, answer any questions about our voting activities and rationale, and collect input on topics you’d like us to discuss.
